I have an Optima XM6 and have lost the code, how can I reset the unit with ?

I have an Optima XM6 unit and as the alarm has not been used by me for some time, I do not have the code, how can I input a new code number?

try powerin down, put a loop in terminal 13 to 23 & power up.. if that don't work, sounds like yr panel may have gone.. common fault wit resistor behind touch panel.. hope this solves for u..
