i steam cleaned oil leak on engine,now engine willnot run smooth,heaterplug light on,engine revs up and down

sounds like water in the airflow meter and other electrics take airflow meter off and clean with dry rag spray WD40 over all electrical cnnections and warm up fully should do the trick
