I'm not getting any zigzag patern onto my cloth? It looks to me, that the dial has something to do with the zigzag patern not being able to work properly?

Hello Anaru,
If the needle is moving side to side but you are not getting a zig stitch or any pattern it will either be the simplist thing such as a blunt needle or the machgine may need retiming, I can attach timing instructions if you type in my email address as you say it and not as you see it and remind me of your model.
