On Sharp XE-A106 have double tape, not printing on second tape ?

Have a double roll of tape, the second roll that is to be the copy is not printing at all, what would cause this?

Hi Sandy,
The XE-A106 has a rubber drum printer so it does not hit the paper hard enough to print on duplicate paper. This model is not designed to print double copies. You need a machine with a more fancy printer unfortunately.
