Why they keep selling this dangerous explosive oven?

I went through this same experience of hearing a blasting noise coming from the kitchen to find out that the fron door of the Moffat oven was exploded to tiny pieces spread all over the kitchen. The door handle was thrown one meter further. I could have been injured and even worth. I was very lucky to be in the other room while it happened. The oven was working for no more than 20 min when it exploded. I can see that this oven is a serial threat on its users. Why the manifucturer did not put a warning to keep a way from this dangerous product?

This is more common than you think with lots of different makes of oven.if the glass gets stressed it shatters.scratch marks can cause heat stress areas and also cleaning glass when oven is still hot.Over tightening the door handles on to a glass door is another favourite for this issue
