centura 40. can it be fixed?

centura 40, problem with missfire. starter cable is snatched out of my hand . very painfull.

Either the blade bolt is loose, or the machine has hit somthing and part sheared the flywheel key, either way it is a pretty simple repair at worst a new flywheel key.
