The readout panel on my Samsung RS21JLMR side by side fridge freezer is blank. There is aflashing 'dash' '-' at the top right hand side of the fridge temp readout but nothing else. The fridge and freezer are both cold and the interior lights work but I'm not sure whether the cooling system is actuallly working - it's not making any noise when I open the doors
Ours has just done the same, my husband turned it off at wall, then pressed power freeze and power cool together then turned it back on, keeping your fingers on both buttons until it lights back up.
