how do i fix my transmisson?

i have a 1992 mazda mx-3 v6.
it slips out of 4th gear and it grinds when i shift. it even grinds when its just idleing.

sounds like faulty synchro hub in box,either put up with it or,get replacement box from scrappy or get box overhauled
