Replacing of water distributor on Lavamat 74620?

Hi,
Can anyone give me some pointers on how to go about the removal and fitting of the water distributor unit on and AEG Lavamat 7460? I've got the part on order and I'd like to have a go at doing it myself if it's relatively straight forward.
