Why is water not flowing through sprayer arms?

I have a Kenmore Ultra Wash 3 dishwasher and the water is not flowing through the mid and upper sprayer arms and nozzles. How do I fix this?

Do you hear the motor running? If so, check to make sure you have the right water level it should be just under the float.
