How do I attatch a throttle cable to the engine of my goped?

I do not know where to attach the throttle cable to the engine

Hi, I don't know what model you've got but here's what i did on a HC. You should have the small nipple on the engine end of the cable (I didn't, but I put a blob of silver solder on the end) if you look at the top of the carb there's a silver metal disc with a slot across it, bit like a large screw head, this is where the cable attaches and is in turn attached to the plastic throttle quadrant, this quadrant has a small tab sticking up near to one end of that slot, this stops the cable from coming right out of the slot when you shut the throttle, you need to turn the quad. clockwise by about 90 degrees to get the new cable past the tab and into the slot having first fed the cable through the bracket that holds the outer cable.Release quadrant and test throttle action.Hope that's some help.
