Not seeing it but how I would do lit would be one of or both if needed.
1. Bodywork filler from car shop.
2 As above followed by self tapping an alluminium patch over each area sealing with mastic strip under edges before fitting then additional bead of mastic around the edge to ensure good seal. selft tap panel down four screws each hole drilled for screws fill with mastic then insert screws then coat screw heads with mastic to protect agains rust. Job done no leaks no rotten roof. Fibre glassing may evenutally work free with movement unless done profesionally.
