8 times out of 10, the machine will not take the fabric conditioner. We often run the "freshen up and rinse" cycle and even then it doesn't always take the conditioner. We are now adding the conditioner in a ball in the machine.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

have a look at the inlet valve there should be two in one and one of them may not be working
