Since moving to a new house our TVM560 won't start, instead it trips out the RCD circuit.

I have tried replacing the plug fuse. I've also tried other appliances in the same socket and they work fine. I have also tried the machine on a different RCD circuit and that tripped too so I think the fault is with the tumble dryer.

Why would the machine instantly trip out and is there an easy way to fix it?
