front wipers ?

i have a renault megane coupe 2002 i cant get any power to front wipers,washers work ok as does wipers when connected to live feed could it be timer in fuse box

behind fuse box right side of dash is another fuse box (6 fuses in a line fuse 3 third from left is wiper motor 20 amp yellow)
