Ford Mondeo Estate "juddering"?

Hello,
I have a Ford Mondeo Estate 1800 petrol on a 51 plate, 8100 miles.
Everything about my car is great except one thing.......Juddering slightly when driving.
It starts 1st time every time, The gear change is smooth with no juddering or problems, The clutch seems great with no problems when changing gear, It does not judder any more or any less when i change gear.

Its just when im driving the car tends to have a slighht judder. I havent had the car long so cant give any previous history of this problem.
I have been told i could be a fuel starvation problem???? A filter problem????? Someone also said it just needs a really good service with oil change and all filters e.t.c.changing.

Like i say i love the car but its just the slight juddering stopping it from being a perfect smooth drive.

Any help or advice on this would be very much apprecited,
Thank you for your time,
Mrs G.

change the oil & filter. make sure the oil is 5/30 grade. these engines can suffer from "tappet jacking", if the oil is of a thicker grade, which could cause the problems you describe

Juddering in the mondeo is a common problem. It is likely the fly wheel belt needs to be replaced. See a mechanic!
