after my desktop is on its not working because mouse and keyboard is not working connected to it.I tried other mouse and keyboard too.. so I understood that the problem is with my pc.. so please give me a good solution that my pc will retain its function...

Do you get any error messages either during or after starting the computer? Anything like 'keyboard error' or 'no keyboard found, press F1 to continue'? This could indicate that they are connected to the wrong socket.

If it is a wireless keyboard and mouse, check the batteries on both of them and check that the receiver (if you have one) is plugged in to the correct place on the computer.

when you say you have tried other mice and keyboards, have you tried a usb rather than ps2 connections?

if you are using a usb keyboard,mouse combo it could be software or hardware, test using a usb stick or some such, if you are using the other type it could be a faulty connection or other hardware problem.

Try starting in safe mode/using a linux boot disc to see if it is a problem with the operating system itself.
