where is the drain pump on a beko dwd5410 dishwasher?

go round the back of the dishwasher and at the bottom back edge is 2 screws.remove them.tip dishwasher on to its back.underneath on the base cover is 2 more screw.remove these.release the float switch from the base (round bit with tubes going to it) and you can then remove the base plate.you will now see the drain pump smack in front of you middle top.quarter twist to release from mounting

It will be underneath the machine but its impeller blades will very probably be right at the very bottom of the sump on the inside - often covered with a small plastic cover held in place with a single Torx screw.

The blades sometimes jam up with lemon pips and other debris and stall the drain pump motor. The impeller blades should rotate freely but with a bit of magnetic resistance.
