my volume on my peavy bandit 112 is stuck wide open even when you turn it down it is still loud. How do you repair that. Ive tried everything i know. It is only the clean side everything else works good
Sometimes, this problem happens because the little grub screw in the side of the knob has worked loose. As a result, it's going round and round but not doing anything.

Does it have a volume pot? - Have you cleaned it? Inspected it? Changed it?
Potentiometers cost very little - you'll need to be able to solder to change it.
