the dishwasher does not fully drain at the end of the cycle. A glass broke in it and I believe a piece may be blocking the outflow - how do I find the blockage

At the very bottom of the sump - inside - you may find a plastic cover held in place with a single Torx screw.

Remove the cover to reveal the drain pump impeller - use tweezers to remove debris.

The blades of the impeller should move freely but with a bit of magnetic resistance.
