Can anyone help- how do I fix it?

My machine lets in some water but then isn't turning the drum?
Checked filters and took out a 10p, but still not turning - let in more water this time.
It does rotate by hand freely but not when switched on. I can hear it clicking as though the programme is moving on but no sign otherwise.
