it doesnt operate on cables, found problem to be the pin going into a nylon block that runs in the runner, unable to find as a spare at the moment, many thanks for your time

remove door card for access to window regulator,disconnect linkage so that your window has free movement to get back onto your runners and reconnect,this will depend on whatever motor you have,some operate on cables
