Blown wiper fuse?

Hi all, every time i put my wipers on intermitant it blows the fuse. Its ok on the constant wipe.
Its a 2002 Ford Transit 2.0L TD
Anyone help please.

know wiring looms round about headlamps were bad for shorting out,whether this affects the wipers dont know,can be bad to work out these faults
