I have a Dyson washing machine approx 9 years old. Noticed that the drum was not spinning properly. Called Dyson engineer out who told me that they don't make the drums anymore and had to be used as an ordinary machine.

A few months after, I had an F11 displayed on screen (which is the motor I think), called Dyson, they said I was not under insurance anymore because they could not repair it the last time so it was deemed as not repairable and call out charge would cost £99.00.

I sought after someone who repairs machines, said he could not help me. He would be able to repair the machine but not get it to work becaude of the electronics and only the Dyson engineer would be able to do it.

Its too expensive now for me to purchase a new machine. Is there an ex Dyson eningeer who could help?
