Hond Izy wrong fuel?

My wife has put 2 stroke fuel mix into the Honda Izy which has subsequently cut out. I've drained the tank.
What's the next recommendation to resolve the situation?

I've done the same thing, and drained it off and replaced with the correct fuel, but it still wont fire up. Have been advised to clean the spark plug but no idea how to do that. Can anyone advise how and if I need any tools to do?

If the mixture was not too strong it will not hurt too much, fire it up , it may smoke a bit but that is not a problem, two stoke oil in the fuel is actually a good upper cylinder lubricant, remember the old redex we used to put in the tanks off our cars
