Leaf Blower won't stay lit?

Sears Craftsman Leaf Blower 358.797180

It starts fine on CHOKE, but will sputter out when opening the choke. I suspect a fuel-air mixture issue. Can this be adjusted?

You will have either one or two adjuster screws on the carb, jets marked L will adjust the mixture from idle too half throttle, jets marked H will adjust from half throttle to full revs, later carbs will have some type of anti tamper device on the screws.
