How do I adjust the carburator on a Briggs & Stratton 3.5 ?

My Briggs and Stratton 3.5 H P Classic lawm mower engine -model 9D902 - type 2087E1 - code 97103151 is eight stroking and running unevenly after it has warmed up. It sounds as if the mixtue is too rich. How do I adjust the carburator?

Deffo not Husky man... the carb diaphragm needs replacing part number 795083.

Most of these carbs are fix with no adjustment, running rich is probably a blocked air filter, or engine wear blowing oil into the air filter box via the breather.
