beko wm5100w wont spin?

Hi,my landlord has just got me a new beko washing machine 2 weeks back and i hv hardly used it 3-4 times max. today i had a full laundry(approx 4.5kgs or mayb little less) and was using the cotton 40 deg. after sometime i found that the ready button and the wash button is on but nothing happening so i tried restarting again but nothing happened again so i pressed the cancel button for 3 seconds and all the 3 led light buttons(ready,wash,spin/end) got illuminated and nothing happened for minutes then i switched the machine off and waited for few mins so when the door opened i reduced the laundry to half arnd 2.5 kgs and started the wash cycle again but again the same problem.all 3 lights were on plus the start/cancel light was on and after few minutes the lights went off. so i tried to restart the entire cycle but after a while the same process started with the cycle stopping after the wash and nothing happened. i tried the factory setting reset but nothing happened and all the lights mentioned above are on and unable to even open the door if i dont switch of the mains. and there is still water inside the drum.i know it sud be within warranty tried calling the landlord who is unavailable and am stuck with loads od laundry to do after coming back from my hols. if anyone can help me with this problem i will be really grateful
thanks
Tua
p.s i have checked the filter and it seems all rite absolutely neat and clean. kitchen sink drainage seems fine as well.

Could be many reasons, but I think is worth mentioning that occasionally carbon brushes may stuck. It happen already twice in my WM5100W. I did not even had to remove nor replace them I just moved both brushes with flat headed scredriver to make sure they are easy sliding within their runners.
