chain doesn't oil?

I have a Sthil 028 Wood Boss chainsaw, that will not oil the chain. I've run solvents through it, compressed air through it, the oil passage is clear, and the drive gears are still good, it will oil for about 45 seconds and then quits oiling. Have any answers? Thinks.
