How can i Fix my Ford Fiesta "R" Reg 1.8 diesel?

My car sometimes struggles to start but i have already changed the glow plugs whatelse could i change to make it star first time everytime?

also check fuel lines at back of engine for chaffing,if so there may be a slight hole in feed pipe!
