How do I stop my JCM gold till G381 from continuously beeping?

The till continuously beeps in any of the key positions apart from X. Any help ASAP would be great as we are about to get very busy!

Hi. You could try jumping the machine back to REG mode. You will need the service key. This key key can turn one click past the program position where there is nothing written. Let me know if you have it and I'll go through the procedure with you.
