windscreen wipers wont turn off on my renault clio 1200 2001 reg

this is relativeley easy to fix, while using the car take the fuse out, its either loacted in the glove box under the steering wheel or under the bonet, have your motor looked at, my cousin has a 2002 megane her wipers motor was totally gone, she got it repair from dead for 30 pounds. goood luck.
