The red freezer warning light comes on and the freezer starts bleeping. Freezer does not seem to be freezing below about -10. Any suggestions?

I have the same model and 4 years old too. I've read in a seperate article that you can try resetting the fridge freezer by switching it off/on and holding down the MODE button at the sametime. I've had a go but no success may be other may have some successs.

I have this same problem freezer temp on -18 but says -11 so beep beep beep. Its driving me crazy. How do I kill this alarm where is the speaker and ill rip it out.

I have the same model, with the same fault.
It's not blocked with ice (although there is a buildup on the fridge back panel).
How do we tell if there is a shortage of gas or a faulty fan?

Temp. reading on mine as I type is +7 fridge (stat is set at +4) and -11 freezer (stat set at -21).

Approx. 4 years old, is it d-i-y- repairable, or an engineer call-out job, or just better to replace it?
