Dribbling injectors.Try some injector cleaner in the tank,if it improves it, have the injectors serviced/reconditioned by diesel specialist.

wen was it last serviced or oil changed? Turbo seal could be weeping and intercooler full of oil.could be deisel pump timing out or cambelt jumped.turbo could be going or gone or could be air getting in2 fuel system.

change your fuel and air filters then take for a good blast down motorway in 3rd gear will clear vat out
