my proform 610 is stuck at the highest incline?

i turned it on, i then put it to the highest incline it then tripped out the electrics in my house...i turned the electrics back on and now it is stuck there.....the belt is fine it still turns but the incline is stuck

Hold down the decline button and remove the stop tab, release the button and reinsert the stop tab, the treadmill will recalibrate the incline.
