Need code if any to reset system not convinced problem with machine, would appreciate help to avoid £99 charge by Dyson!!!

Dear A. Rayman, My machine's developed the SAME fault at the same time! Did you have any luck with fiding a solution? Dyson said that if their £99 service callout can't fix it then there won't be any charge, if they can then all parts and labour are covered so might just call them out?
