how can i fix my white knight tumble dryer?

it wont spin but the drum moves by hand and its making a buzzing noise it has been working on and off for the past 3 days whats wrong with it

there is a capacitor mounted next to the motor.if it buzzes but the drum doesn't rotate it is usually because of this capacitor failing.replace and test
