renault megane cabriolet petrol cap will not open...help?

I have a megane cabriolet and the petrol cap will not open...it has happened twice. I cannot find a petrol cap release button although I am advised there is one in the boot.

Mine is megane cabriolet - I managed to squeeze hand in gap near filler cap on inside of boot and felt around until I located a 'release button'. Presto, opened nicely and for now cured the problem (for how long I don't know). But at least I now know where to locate the lever if it sticks again.
