My old Panasonic VHS-C camcorder mod#PV-110 wont play the vhs-c tapes. It was purchased in U.S. but i now live in Australia. It has worked here in the past, so the adapter must step down the voltage. When plugged into the charger/adapter the rewind and the FF will operate but when I press play the power just cuts out.... I dont hav access to charged batteries, I hav 1 old battery but wont charge in the charger.........
