how to resolve error E000020-01a9 on canon IR 2570c? ?

we can't make a copy on our photocopy machine canon IR 2570c .Please,help us to fixe the problem .

Remove the left panel and also the fax board if you have one.
You will see a silver support running front to back...on this support is a sensor and over the sensor is a shutter...either the shutter is stuck or the sensor is dirty.
