Hi,
I've got a Honda HRB423 mower and having trouble with the throttle speed. It's starts fine on the choke setting, but then you want to reduce the throttle speed, it sometimes speeds up. Usually messing with the springs by the carb usually reduce the revs and it's fine. ANy thoughts?
