at the back of the dryer in the bottom corner there will be a little grey box youll have to take this off and the resovoir will be full of water this needs emptying then undo the bow this splits in half and will give you acess to the pump the (little black box) these can be found for £25 on the internet just changed mine and it works fine now hope this helps
