revs on va goes up and down then eventuley cuts out
what could be wrong with it i think it might be the timming belt but could that do that to it

i looked in van and the hand primer was stuck down i removed the hose and while the engine was on and put it back on seemed to do the job thanks guys

it could if pump timing out (2 belts fitted to this model) give more details like last service or at least fuel filter change and another thing is does your primer pump (fuel filter if pressed repeatedly does it go solid if not and air leak thats your problem (about £15 in motor factors )
