how can I fix my Bosch fridge freezer KGN34X60GB?

Fridge freezer Bosch KGN34X60GB is not cooling enough in the fridge section, freezer is ok. Tried switching on/off and ensuring vents clear, I think I can hear a circulation pump running when required, what is wrong and can it be easily fixed?
