Drive belt on petrol mower has slipped?

I have a flymo pioneer 460 petrol mower that the drive belt has slipped off of at the axle end. I can feel that it has slipped down but i can't get at it to put it back on. Can anyone shed some light on how to do this?

Thanks in advance

Remove the air filter ( to stop it becoming contaminated by oil ),remove the sparkplug cap, tip the mower back on its handles, remove the cutting blade, remove the three screws holding the black belt guard, you will now have enough room to hook the belt back onto the gearbox pulley
