Flooring is like a wafer ice cream sandwiched between wafers.
the top layer of the, we'll call 'wafer has come away from the 'ice cream' the insulation layer and needs to be reglued. [this is how it was described in a magazine way back]
A delamination kit phone the manufacturere of your caravan or a local camping/caravan supply store/shop. How to do it don't know but am sure instructions are with product.
No other way but to use this kit to re-glue the flooring.
