when i turn the tub round by hand there is a small ticking noise as it turns.i have checked the filter and took off the hoses from the tub to see if there was anything trapped.there was no sign of anything. i put it back together and stood the machine back up right and it still ticks when you turn it buy hand.it keeps blowing the fuse at the plug too.there was no burning smell from the mottor but when switched on sound like it wants to start but doesnt spin round. any info would be much appriciated!
