oven not heating?

i have moffat msf615x oven. the grill and fans both work fine but the oven will not heat.
any suggestions would be welcomed.

in the back of the oven around the fan you can see is another heating element.this is called the fan heating element and I suspect it has blown.remove the back panel from INSIDE the oven cavity to gain access to fan element.easy fix
