My Remington Hair Straightener is not heating up the Ceramic plate at all. its stays Totally cold wherelse the handle part where the switch is, gets hot.
I was using it on thick hair mode, was hot but then started to cool down gradually.. thereafter it never got heated, i have tried to on it so many times..

I havn't used it a lot many times, maybe 10-15 times since i bought it..

is it still under warranty? they come with 2 years. If so, take it back to where you bought it.

If no warranty then best call remington to ask them about it. If anyone - they would know.
