We have had our (integrated) Matrix 194 dishwasher for 5 years. Recently, the programmes have not completed, in that following the rinsing process, the machine then just runs on and on, but does not progress onto the drying process. When the door is opened, there is water lying, undrained, and there is also no heat. We have checked the pipe and that is clear. Help!!
